Circuits
Fast paced circuit-style strength training programs
utilizing free weights, machines, elastic tubing, physio
balls, medicine balls and cardio equipment.
Group Size
Each time slot is designed for 4-6 participants at one
time. The average group size is 4 people.
What to Expect
Fitness tips, nutritional planning and weight loss topics
are covered each week and session.
A free fitness assessment
is conducted at the beginning of the month to create
a baseline for new program participants and to record
progress for those continuing the program.
